Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated how much time they took to help me find frames that I genuinely loved. It’s clear that customer experience is a priority here. A special shoutout to Dr. Pedalino, who was fantastic. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to answer all of my questions. She made the entire exam experience comfortable and personalized, and I left feeling confident that I was in great hands. I’m already looking forward to picking up my new glasses and will definitely be back in the future.
