I've had a great experience with this office. I see my provider online and my appointments are always scheduled and texted to me to confirm. Any conflicts and they're fast to respond and help me out. My Dr is amazing and actually listens to me. Overall great experience here after all the negative experiences at other places

DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!!!! My experience with this office has been incredibly awful. I had my appointment in December and Doctor Torres and the nurse was great, however the nurse told me that I would get a call regarding my bloodwork results in a few days, and as of today February 18, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BLOODWORK RESULTS! I have called the office 20+ times. Half the time nobody picks up. When they do pick up, reception tells me the doctor will call me today before they close. Guess what, they still never call!!!! If there was an online portal to view results, It would be perfectly fine. However, there is no portal available and they only want to give results via in person appt or on the phone. I got so tired of continuous contacting this office for my results, and i requested them to email my results to me. The receptionist said i would get the results through email in 10 mins and as of 1 week later i have no results. I keep calling as well as using the extension numbers that were provided in a previous response AND NO ONE ANSWERS. This is absolutely unacceptable that for over 2 months I can’t get any results after you took my blood and urine. I have been to offices where I have to wait months for an appointment and long wait times and i still had better experiences than this office. Do not waste your time here.
