Change your pcp while you can! I don’t know how the doctor is and i don’t know if I’ll ever get to see him because the appointment was for 11AM and it’s 1:20PM right now and the receptionist said the wait time is another 40 minutes. They make morning appointments but the doctor isn’t even in the office. Extremely unprofessional for a profession that aims to help improve the communities health. Extremely unorganized. If you make an appointment at 11AM you can just come in at 4PM since that’s the time frame they work with. If you have a job and a life to get to after your appointment then don’t come here. The receptionist in the front mumbles and can’t speak up and the answer to all questions is “I don’t know, we will have to see”. I asked him what the wait time was after 2 hours of waiting and he said, “30 more minutes, hopefully he will see you”. Update: it’s 2:15 PM and the doctor still won’t see us even though the appointment was at 11AM and I was the first to come in. Feeling racially motivated because he went to the other rooms and kept saying “you’re next” but allowed other people that came after us in :( He isn’t the doctor you should come to if you’re in pain :(
