My wife and I toured this building some time ago when we were considering a move to the city. We ultimately decided against relocating, but this would have been our top choice if we had. The units we saw were lovely, but the real highlight was Evie in the leasing office. Her energy and deep knowledge of the building made the experience exceptional. We toured several buildings, and our interaction with Evie was easily the standout. If you're considering this property, I highly recommend speaking with her.

genuinely such a great place to live. all problems are addressed promptly and completely. the building staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. the building is always trying new ways to improve. i like that rent is paid through Bilt, i am writing this from a Lyft that my Bilt points just from rent paid for. a good mix of people living here. crazy good closet space and generally very spacious units.
