I have had both cataracts removed by Dr. Panariello. He and his staff are fantastic! The new office is lovely and the actual procedures were quick and painless. Everything was clearly laid out and handled efficiently. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (would have given 4 1/2, if possible) because of a couple of small glitches. But overall satisfaction is 98%!

No one answers the phone, there is "No one available to take your call" at any of thier extensions. I gave up trying to get through after the 5th attempt to get past the automated answering system. Went to another doctor for treatment of my eye infection.
