This is by far the best Urgent Care I’ve ever used. Came here for a month long cold/URI and cough that would not go away getting worse, and had me lose my sense of smell, taste, and my voice. I waited a total of 10 minutes in the waiting area before being seen by a nurse. The nurse was efficient and nice and checked my vitals and asked me about my condition and symptoms. Waited a few more minutes for PA Sapna. Sapna is very nice and knowledgeable. While in her office I didn’t feel rushed or like she didn’t know what she was doing. She asked me a few questions and listened to my issues and then proceeded with her analysis and diagnosis. Turns out I have laryngitis! This was honestly the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at any urgent care practice. Very efficient, clean, warm, and nice staff. The doctor and PA-C on site are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and work with. From entering until I left I was there for a total of maybe 20-30 mins! I came in on a late Sunday afternoon and Sapna was even able to send my prescription to a 24h pharmacy close by. 10/10 would recommend!
