My experiences here were virtually designed by God. My initial goal was finding a Black, male therapist that would take my insurance. Upon finding Full Circle, I went through the intake process thinking this would be my therapist. I went through other measures to confirm that the owner would be my actual therapist. And ended up with Dr. Baez. I quickly found that regardless of my desired therapist intentions... Psalms 37:4 ended up being what I got. "The desires of thine heart." ‼️👀❤️‍🔥 I got The Therapist that I needed for my growth, moral compass, stability and even feel like I've unintentionally been gifted a mentor. This office’s phone intake worker was incredibly disrespectful & completely unprofessional. I was hesitating to answer a question during the phone intake, and the response I got was, “it’s a yes or no question.” Who even talks to someone like that? People reach out for support, not your cold, rude BS attitude. I was so stunned, uncomfortable, and I ultimately ended the call. Absolutely shocking to be spoken to in such a way by an individual working in a place that’s supposed to provide help. Incredible. Seek service elsewhere.
