I had the pleasure of working with Mathew McGuire and the team at Clove Lakes Nursing Home, and it was a great experience. Mathew is professional, organized, and easy to work with, which made coordinating everything simple and smooth. The staff at Clove Lakes are fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and clearly care about the residents and each other. Everyone I interacted with made the delivery a positive experience, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I look forward to working with Mathew and his team again in the future.

The staff needs more support. Seems very short staffed. It would be helpful if there were white boards on walls in the patient rooms with date and day of week and names of caregivers. Extra seating in patient rooms for visitors. Please check with patients that they are finished with meals, before taking trays away. Cheerful walls that could brighten a patient's day as well as the staff's. The halls are very dreary. The community room could be more comforting for patients and visitors.
