Franklin Zheng M.D. Pllc

I recently (3/25/26) had cataract surgery with Dr. Zheng. I just gotta say Dr Zheng and the entire team were excellent! From the my first appointment through the follow up and every interaction in between was excellent. I especialy appreciated that the team there reached out to me with follow up calls and reminders. I found the overall experience excellent and highly recommend them.

This clinic is extremely misleading and unprofessional. I originally searched for Dr. Ellen Pan and called the number listed online, which redirected me to this office. At no point did they disclose that I would not be seeing Dr. Pan. Instead, they gave me a different address and only told me upon arrival that I would be seeing Dr. Zheng. The staff falsely claimed that Dr. Pan wasn’t working that day, but later admitted that she does not practice at this location at all. This is clearly deceptive and a waste of patients’ time. They also required a $300 cash deposit before I get to see the doctor, refused to accept any other form of payment, and made me wait nearly two hours despite having an appointment. Overall, the entire experience felt dishonest and poorly managed. If you are specifically looking for Dr. Ellen Pan, do not go here! This clinic is misleading and does not operate transparently.
