The female Russian hygienist the one that cleans your teeth took 10 minutes to clean my husband's teeth a job that requires at least 30 minutes to take out the tartar and polish the teeth and when I asked her why was it so quickly she quickly went on the defensive to say that she did everything. IMPOSSIBLE! I have his teeth cleaned every 6 months and they take at least 30 minutes he was doing a lot of talking which means she was doing no work and then claimed he needed a deep cleaning which I'm sure he did and wanted to charge him. SHE DID NOT POLISH HIS TEETH SHE DID NOT FLOSS HIS TEETH AND SHE DID NOT TAKE OUT ANY TARTAR THAT HE HAS IN HIS TEETH. MY HUSBAND'S CLAIMED SHE DIDN'T EVEN USE A HIGH POWER WATER PICK TO TAKE OUT STUFF FROM BETWEEN YOUR TEETH. I WAS GOING THERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND MY FRIENDS AREN'T GOING THERE AGAIN EITHER. AND TRUST ME I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE.

Friendly Dental Care? The receptionist my grandpa and I just saw has a rotten attitude. We don’t even want an appointment here anymore. Edit (in response to the owner's comment): The information being conveyed was not the issue, it was the way it was given. As a result of your receptionist's attitude, we didn't want to further engage with you. You are also misunderstanding what we said to her. I also did say the very basic "thank you" but she didn't say the very basic "you're welcome". Instead of arguing with people on the internet, maybe you should revisit how your clinic is being run. I'm no business expert but if multiple people are saying that your receptionist is rude (and that's driving away business), you should focus on that. We went to a different dental clinic that told us the information in a much more respectful way and guess what! We actually want to engage with them. Best of luck!
