I had a very good experience at this MRI center. The staff was very patient with me and treated me with kindness and professionalism. I especially want to thank Ana and Hamed for making me feel comfortable and cared for during the process. I truly appreciate their patience and support. Highly recommended!

I normally have a good experience here until today with alana mardakhayev np. Long story short I had positive pregnancy tests for a few weeks and was scheduled to see her next week. Yesterday I went to the er bc I was bleeding and they ran all test and couldnt find the baby or anything hcg is low so okay fine. Er told me to follow up with my obgyn within 48 hours to retest for everything and find the cause of the bleeding. I followed directions and showed up today all for NP mardakhayev to refuse me and not even care to find out why I'm having abnormal bleeding because my hcg was low. She is absolutely unprofessional and doesn't care about her patients even if they were just in the emergency room and is INSTRUCTED to do a follow up within 1 to 2 days. She told her receptionist to tell me to go to the emergency room again if I'm still bleeding. Im absolutely disgusted by her actions. If you go here I advise you to be very careful with who you choose as your provider. Let me add i also did not even eat before going to her since I was instructed to see her and repeat blood work and this happened around 1pm today. Again her or the receptionist had no consideration for my care at all.
