Dr. John Ferrera is simply excellent at what he does. Beyond his academic background, he has the unique skill of being able to connect with people of all ages. We highly recommend John Ferrera. We first met John at our child’s middle-school. Karl never trusted therapists and often refused to talk, but with John it was different. Karl listened and felt he found someone who understood him. So it was natural for us to continue our sessions with John outside of school. For three years of visits Karl has been increasingly more confident, finding systems and methods of learning. Sometimes as you would expect with most children, Karl does not want to go to therapy sessions but inevitably he always returns feeling much better. The visits to John have been central to our lives and still are. As parents we can always talk and consult with him. He has knowledge and understanding and an easy open manner.
