We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Franck! He stepped up to take my daughter's case; her ear had been bitten off by a dog. He did the surgery, provided care in the hospital for 2 weeks and post procedures. He checks in with her on her progress and has been supportive all along the way. We are so thankful for the care that he provided to our daughter!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Phillip Franck and his incredible surgical scheduler, Jocelyn. My 14-year-old daughter, needed a rhinoplasty after breaking her nose three times playing sports. She was also dealing with a deviated septum and a bone spur, which made breathing difficult. As a mother, I was extremely nervous about her undergoing surgery—especially at such a young age. I spent countless hours researching and meeting with doctors, trying to find someone I could fully trust. From the moment we met Dr. Franck, I knew we were in the best hands. His bedside manner is truly exceptional—kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question, and made both me and my daughter feel completely comfortable and confident moving forward. Jocelyn was equally amazing—so organized, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and easy. The results are beyond anything we could have hoped for. My daughter’s nose looks absolutely beautiful and natural, and most importantly, her breathing has improved 100%. It has truly been life-changing for her. We are beyond grateful to Dr. Franck and Jocelyn for their expertise, care, and compassion. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering this procedure. They are simply the best!
