I had an appointment on a wed morning before work. When I arrive, I mentioned that I was there for an x-ray. The receptionist asked me for my referral which I gave to her, she then stated the technician had just called out sick, they were trying to get someone else to come in. My disappointment was that such a nice big clinic only had 1 tech. I wasted my time and ended up going to 3rd Avenue where they had a big staff.

Elevator is broken , both clerks at the front desk went to break , Radiologist lack professional support, waste of time and very small street if no parking .
