I’d like to take this time to make a complaint. I’ve been working with Taylor for over a year and yesterday she took my words out of context and sent ACS to my house saying that I abused my 6 year old daughter. She chose the wrong client to violate and she violated my rights as a parent. When I told Taylor I beat my daughter for misbehaving in school Taylor asked me if I hit my child with my fist and I responded “No hitting your child with a closed fist is not a form of discipline that is considered abuse.” ACS came to my house after 11pm at night and checked my daughter’s body for bruises. My daughter is having behavioral issues and I expressed that I have her working with a social worker because as a parent I care about my daughter. Taylor was the only person that I told about having to discipline my daughter and discipline comes in many forms ie: no playground, no phone, no tv, no tablet, no sleep overs. I understand that she is mandated to report certain things but she violated my home and my daughter. She never heard me verbally abuse my daughter at any time she worked with me and she never saw me hit my daughter with anything. According to Acs I CAN discipline my daughter with an open hand. Taylor NEVER heard me say I beat her with an object!! What she did hear was my daughter ask for help with her homework. After Taylor asked me if I hit her with a fist and I responded no, why did she feel it was necessary to call ACS to my home? My daughter is not in a violent home and she is in a two parent home. My daughter was not happy about them coming to wake her out her sleep neither. Taylor also needs to make sure that she in a private environment while she is working I shouldn’t hear people in the background walking in and out of the door. Thank you Taylor for violating my rights
