Friendly and competent staff. I've been coming here for years. Dr. Cusack is one of the best doctors I've had. He is thorough and is a true professional. Dr. Ramirez, the physical therapist is great and welcoming to my children. Keep up the good work.

Front desk and doctors were great. The medical supply company that makes the orthotics is horrible!!! 2 years ago I got fitted and they NEVER called me back!! I kept calling and no one would return my calls. When I did get someone she said she was alone cause everyone was on vacation. Then came the insurance part. They claimed they only accepted Medicaid. I have Medicare & BCBS. They told me they submitted my claim. I waited. I called my insurance company they said they never received a claim. My insurance covered orthotics so now the medical supply company doesn’t want to submit the claim because they don’t have the insurance in their system. They tried to convince me to pay out of pocket!! But they were telling me they submitted the claim. Beware
