The entire HSS team, from the staff who welcome you on the ground floor, to the X-ray technicians, and especially Dr. Matthew Austin, Kayla Nunemacher, and Wilda Melendez in the Orthopedic office, were outstanding. This was my third visit, and each time I’ve been greeted with a genuine, uplifting energy that immediately puts me at ease. Their care goes beyond professionalism, it’s personal, thoughtful, and deeply human. As someone who works in life and leadership training, I’m deeply convinced that their positivity, attentiveness, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in accelerating my recovery from hip replacement surgery. I had an amazing experience at the hospital. My surgeon, Dr. Henry is not only very experienced, she's professional, super caring and kind. The nurses were wonderful they took such great care of me. Thery are super professional, courteous and very caring. They even went out of their way, leaving the hospital to wait for my transportation. Absolutely 💯 will recommend the hospital to my friends and family. I'm having another surgery at the end of this year. I would not have it with anyone else but Dr. Henry, Jensen.
