Dr G was very informative, knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain and listen to questions that were addressed. The staff are also very attentive and helpful You will feel welcomed upon arrival and have questions prepared before your visit (I would definitely recommend that) and it is a safe space I have been coming to this Focus Eye Care location since last year and feel very confident and comfortable with letting all the staff know my concerns. I would highly recommend this place

I read many reviews of other eye care places before coming here, and a lot of people mentioned having to wait 1-2 hours past their appointment time. That was not our experience at all with Focus Eye Surgery. We were called in very quickly and treated with great care and respect. Dr. Whittaker was extremely kind and professional. She explained everything in very simple terms and took the time to make sure we understood, which we really appreciated. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to Dr. Whittaker and the entire Focus Eye Surgery team!
