Finding a doctor you can truly trust is rare, and I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Yin. Dr. Yin’s approach is both thorough and thoughtful. She reviewed my medical history in detail before even stepping into the room. During the consultation, she asked insightful questions that got to the root of the issue—questions no other doctor had thought to ask. She possess a remarkable depth of knowledge and was able to clearly explain the science behind her recommended treatment, which I greatly appreciated. I have complete confidence in Dr.Yin's abilities and genuinely look forward to my next visit. I've already recommended them to my family and friends.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this clinic today. The front desk staff was very rude, spoke to me in a harsh tone, and even rolled her eyes while talking to me. As a patient, this made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.I get that everyone can have a bad day, but this kind of behavior is not okay in a medical setting. I can’t comment on the doctors, but the front desk experience alone is enough for me to not come back or recommend this clinic.😒👎
