On the day of the procedure, I arrived at 10 AM and checked in right away. Within a few minutes, I was taken to the changing room, then to the staging area. Shortly after, I was brought into the procedure room, which had a large TV screen, and there were four staff members there, including the anesthesiologist and gastroenterologist. Within a minute, I was asleep from the anesthesia, and the next thing I knew, I woke up back in the recovery area. Everything went very smoothly and was completely stress-free. Dr. Dong later shared the report with me and scheduled a follow-up visit at his office a week later. I also want to thank everyone at the endoscopy center — they really made the entire experience much less stressful. Overall, the process was very efficient, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend.
