I am perplexed by the positive reviews regarding the waiting time. The front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior I never expected and one guy managing two different front desks. When I ansk about the current number, I was informed that I can’t leave the desk to check my number. Also, I have been waiting for approximately one and a half hours without receiving a call regarding my appointment, which is scheduled for 5:00 PM. I arrived at the office at 4:30 PM and it is now 6:00 PM.

I had great experience with my visit to the office located in Queens on Queen blvd. The staff was amazing nice friendly and very professional. The service was great fast the young man at the front desk was very nice as well as the nurses in the back. Five stars for the staff across the board and the office was bright and clean I was impressed 👍 I was there on 1/14/2026 Sincerely C Taylor
