Location: great! Close to public transportation so it’s convenient. The inside of the clinic is so clean and comfortable. There is enough space in the lobby to social distance, and there is plexiglass on the counter to safely communicate with the receptionist. Check-in: check-in was quick and easy! I also rescheduled an appointment at the end of the appointment. Appointment: Dr. Mian was great! She explained everything clearly and ensured to check in with me to see if I had any additional questions before the end of our appointment.

Dr. Mian is great, she is very polite very thorough, she listened to all of my concerns without interruption and she addressed every issue. She provided me with very detailed information about the types of alopecia and acne and the one I may be having. I wish I would've found her sooner but better late than never!
