I went in for a routine eye exam at Flatbush Optical and had a great experience from start to finish. Anisha at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. After my appointment, she took the time to assist me in picking out frames and clearly explained all the options covered under my insurance. Her friendliness and knowledge made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This place is the only place to go for everything from eye exams, eyeglasses, the whole works. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and very professional. Time wait is short. I love my girl Anisha, she is encouraging and so witty and fun. My first time I felt like I was among friends. Take my word for it, you won't be disappointed in the service and the results. GOOOOOO!!!
