Lived here for 15 months. The apartment unit itself was very nice and spacious for a studio (around 580sqft). However, there are many downsides that make this apartment complex hard to recommend. For starters, the walls are extremely thin. I overhead my neighbor's TV and conversations every day and frequently had to wear my noise canceling headphones just so I could focus and work in my own apartment. The AC units are also mediocre and you don't have control over whether they heat or cool; they're controlled by the building's management. So they change it from heat to cooling at the end of May and from heating to cooling like in October. So good luck for those hot days in May when you'll be sweating in your apartment. I shouldn't have to buy a fan when I'm paying $4000+ in rent for a studio. All in all, I would suggest staying away from this apartment complex. And if you look at other apartments in FiDi, make sure you ask the tenants about how thin the walls are since this is a common issue with office buildings that are repurposed as apartments.
