I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I arrived around 7:15 for a 7:30 pre-booked work physical. As a self-pay patient, I was concerned about the cost, but the woman at the reception desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She answered all of my questions, was completely transparent about pricing, and truly put me at ease. As soon as we finished discussing the cost, a room was ready for me. I was seen quickly by a medical assistant who was both friendly and gentle, and the doctor was just as efficient and professional. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.

Inexperienced staff. They don’t know how to handle work comp. I’m getting stiffed with a bill from them. It’s from march of 2025. They first called me about it this year and they still can’t figure things out. Mind you they sent me to get x rays done next door and I had to fill out paperwork there too. Never got a bill from them. But this urgent care was terrible. Would not recommend.
