I have been a patient of Dr. Inamdar at the Therapy Center of NY for over five years.  The office staff at the Therapy Center of NY run a highly efficient and effective practice administratively.  All of my interactions with the administrative staff have been very positive, pleasant experiences.  They have always been helpful, understanding, supportive, respectful, and professional.  With regard to Dr. Inamdar himself -- having battled severe anxiety, OCD, and ADHD for most of my adult life, and having gone through a multitude of psychiatrists and therapists in the past, I can honestly say that Dr. Inamdar exceeds them all, hands down.  Moreover, Dr. Inamdar was also able to cure an unrelated physical ailment of mine, chronic idiopathic constipation, which is something not even specialists in the field – i.e., gastroenterology – were able to help me with.  So here are five well-earned stars for Dr. Inamdar and the Therapy Center of NY!

I have been a patient of Therapy Center of New York for the last 8+ years and have had nothing but great things to share. When I first started, I was skeptical about seeing a therapist of any kind. This office made me feel comfortable as did Dr. Inamdar whom I would highly recommend. The office staff was always helpful in getting my appointments scheduled and was always proactive if they needed to change the appointment, or needed any kind of documentation for my benefit. When I first started, the Doctor did a great evaluation of me as a person and we established things I wanted to work on. As you can imagine things change as we all grow older. Dr. Inamdar was tremendously flexible with my life style and what I wanted to work on personally. He was able to accommodate my college schedule and fast forward to now. He is tremendously flexible with my current rigorous work schedule as well. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Inamdar and his practice to anyone looking for a therapist. Their practice is professional, understanding, and most importantly flexible. This industry is definitely hard to trust someone, especially with your feelings and opening up about your issues. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to do this. Between the practice and Dr Inamdar I can absolutely say they have had an affect on me as a person and who I have become today.
