I went with my boyfriend for his checkup here and it was the biggest waste of time either of us have ever had at a doctor's office. The doctor was oddly judgemental and blunt, she had no type of bedside manner. She said she prescribed him something, but it never showed up at the pharmacy. We called 5 times over the next two days for them to send the prescription. Each time they said it was sent but it wasn't. Then saturday afternoon hit and they were closed until monday, still no prescription sent. His issue got worse without the medication so he ended up having to go to an urgent care and get it prescribed there. Then the next week when he was scheduled to get a call about his lab results, he had to pay $30 before they would read him the results, and when they did, we realised they didn't test his blood for the things he asked for. So he payed $30 for them to skip the tests he asked for, never send a prescription, and cause him to make a separate visit to an urgent care. They did nothing for him. What a waste.

Faisal Hamid has ZERO time management. Going in office there's maybe 1 other patient waiting, 1 patient leaving when I get there and I still end up waiting 45 minutes. telehealth appt? doesn't call unless you call multiple times and end up snapping at his staff. Then his desk staff has the absolute nerve to say "you didn't pick up" as if it's not an hour and a half later, that's 1.5 hours AFTER my appointment time that someone finally calls. But he can't leave a message even though the staff said he would, then said he can't do that....... every other doctor I've ever been to can, has, and would again leave a voicemail for results when i expressly signed a piece of paper saying it's okay to do so when i first went into his office. Get it together. Switching doctors IMMEDIATELY. Over this trash excuses and keeping patients waiting just to be seen for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Everything this man does can be done by AI!
