I had one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. They spoke to me impatiently, rolled their eyes, and answered my simple questions with obvious annoyance. Their poor service already left a very bad first impression. Then came the doctor, who was even worse. The consultation was extremely rushed and highly unprofessional. The doctor barely listened to my symptoms, constantly interrupted me, showed zero empathy, and gave vague and contradictory advice without doing any proper examination. It felt like they just wanted to finish quickly and get rid of me. This combination of rude front desk staff and an unprofessional doctor is unacceptable. Such carelessness and bad attitude in a medical setting can seriously affect patients’ health, lead to misdiagnosis, and delay proper treatment. I strongly warn everyone: Do NOT go to this clinic. Your time, money, and health are too valuable to risk here. Look for a better doctor and clinic that actually cares about patients.

No empathy, no patience, and no sense of medical ethics. I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable instead of cared for. The staff attitude was just as terrible — rude, cold, and completely disorganized. This place should not be trusted with anyone’s health.
