At first, when I came here, I was a little taken back because I was trying to deal with my child who is special needs, and the girl kept trying to talk to me and didn’t seem to care what I had going on, but once we got back into the room, the dentist and the staff assistant member were actually very helpful and understanding that I had three small children with me and even helped occupy them or make sure they were safe while I was being seen so I was truly grateful the appointment went well. Sometimes as a mother to a special needs child people can be rude it means so much when you are seen and helped along the journey.

The front desk is horrible! I’ve been waiting for a root canal in pain for a year now. They refuse to call the providers hotline my insurance company provided them with. They keep telling me it’s done when my insurance says otherwise. They get angry if I call about it. Oh and they NEVER answer the phone. & they screen my calls. This game of cat and mouse has been going on for a year now ridiculous. Mind you this was my first review last year * This was my review when I first went there. “Loved. Everyone is so sweet 🥰. Very pleasant visit🥰”!* my experience changed a lot
