I suggest if you see this review you report this agency. They are frauds. They subject their clients/patients to ABUSE by leaving them unattended at times they are supposed to be helping them. I can only imagine the amount of elderly or disabled people that are left alone starving unable to help themeselves today because of this agency. Your loved ones will not be looked after or taken care of. I’ve caught these ladies sleeping, not cooking, not helping with medicine, or any other daily tasks. Their coordinators and supervisors are jokes and remain clueless when approached with common sense and simple solutions. They are quick to charge Medicaid to make sure they get paid for doing nothing.

Some of the aides and SUPERVISOR'S ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY, there are a few who have manners and respect, and who know how to do their jobs. One aide spit in the bathroom sink in the dark, and didnt rinse it out or wipes off where she missed the drain...same aide asked to come in an hour early to leave an hour early for a class....but she always came late during her regular tour...GOT RID OF HER...another aide wanted to give the client a hot juice box from under the kitchen sink, if she wont drink warm juice why give the client warm juice...the same aide would give the client just bread and butter for lunch...the same aide would sweep and mop the floor with the mop, GOT RID OF HER...I'm not trying to take a job from anyone, however this agency needs to underatand that "THE TAIL FOLLOWS THE HEAD"...they also need to understand that these HOMES ARE WERE THEY WORK AT, NOT WERE THEY LIVE AT...what you do at home you cant expect to do at WORK!!
