I’m sitting here during my appointment this morning and I hear a caseworker outside discussing a client with her colleague. I heard her say and I quote “I contacted him let’s see if he is still showing up” she continued “he’s gotta learn to show up on time, that’s why THESE PEOPLE(capitalized for emphasis) can’t keep a job they’re never on time”. Now I’m sorry- but this is the least compassionate thing I’ve ever heard someone say about someone seeking assistance and FedCap should do better to check in on their caseworkers and making sure they are non-biased.
