I truly appreciate the opportunity to share my experience, and I hope this feedback may be helpful. At times, I found it somewhat challenging to get in touch with the appropriate individuals, and I occasionally felt that clearer instructions would have helped me avoid spending additional time and money. Because I do not live nearby, commuting—especially via MTA—can be both time-consuming and costly, so having detailed guidance in advance would be incredibly helpful. I also believe that maintaining a consistently welcoming and supportive tone in all interactions can make a meaningful difference, particularly in an organization connected to professionals who dedicate themselves to saving lives. That said, I want to sincerely acknowledge that there are some truly wonderful and helpful individuals working there, and I am very grateful for their support. If communication and processes become a bit more streamlined, I would be more than happy to update my review to reflect that improvement. Thank you for the important work you do in supporting those who serve our communities. I very much look forward to becoming an EMT and contributing to this vital field myself.
