Hubby’s appointment scheduled for 10:30 a.m. it is now 10:51 a.m. not one person has been called in to see a Dr. front waiting room is packed. Back waiting room is starting to fill. Front desk sign in contains no computers. The girls are signing you in on their cell phones (unacceptable). This is a business and should be run as such. I have read past reviews and I have to agree this place should be shut down. The doctors do nothing when they see you. Yet they write down that they did this and did that. I have taped several of my husbands visits. I also have copies of the reports that these doctor fill out. I have nothing more to say about this fraudulent place. Your time is worth nothing to them. They are getting paid to tell you to sit and wait. This place is BS. Make sure you have a good attorney if you have to deal with this medical group for anything. **update: hubby saw Dr. the Dr actually did his job and checked hubby. I can not believe it. Still would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

I was referred to Dr. Vijay through my car insurance, and this was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at 12:30 PM and didn’t leave until almost 3 PM. The waiting area was packed with over 50 people, many of whom were openly complaining about how long they had been waiting and sharing similar bad experiences with this doctor. I tried to stay optimistic and give him the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, they were right. When I was finally called in, the “exam” lasted less than two minutes. The only question he asked me was to confirm my name. He didn’t ask about my pain, symptoms, or how my injuries have been affecting my daily life. When he said we were done, I had to stop him and ask if he was going to ask me anything at all. Only then did he briefly let me explain my pain, saying he would “add it to the report.” Later, I found out that he completely misrepresented my condition and wrote that I was totally fine and that my issues had resolved.. which is completely false. It’s very clear that his loyalty lies with the insurance companies, not with the patients who are genuinely in pain. I understand everyone has to make a living, but doctors take an oath to help people, not dismiss or lie about their suffering. I’m deeply disappointed, and I hope Dr. Vijay is investigated for how he files his false paperwork.
