HORRIBLE NEGLIGENT & DANGEROUS front desk experience. As a senior who was up early in the morning - no fluids and no food, I showed up on time. Another family who walked in the same time I did with an old lady on a walker was given priority over me (I held the door for them) and I sat down and waited for 10 minutes. While in waiting room someone who had breakfast that morning walked in and the front desk person called a nurse and they spent 15 minutes having a coffee clutch about this individual while I was waiting. I was getting progressively weaker, felt faint and starting shake. When they finally asked me to come up 25 minutes later, I was weak, faint, and shaking so much, I couldn’t even sign the papers. I could easily have passed out and hit my head on the floor. They should fire that incompetent individual and get staff trained to prioritize the condition of unaccompanied, elderly patients who arrive for their tests on time and with their prep done. If I could give them minus 100 stars I would. They stink. Stay away, there are a better places to get this done.
