Extremely unprofessional. This is the 2nd time I call and the person who works the front desk is giving the wrong information. I called to see if they accepted my insurance and they said they do. Once I arrive they told me that they aren’t accepting that insurance at the moment. Cool, I payed out of pocket. I get a phone call saying the glasses are ready and I asked what time they close on Saturday. They told me 6pm. Because I know they have lied previously, I showed up at 5:20 and as I arrive I see the lights off and the gate closed. I will never come again. Either get your staff in check or stop lying for more business.
