Terrible customer service, today just a few minutes ago I went with a problem with my daughter's class the front desk girl was doing nothing just on he's phone told me to wait for someone else, after 15 minutes of waiting not one person helped me, I bought 3 pairs of glasses. They just lost a good customer! I'm going or recommend nobody!

I’ve been coming here… for years and I love them very genuine and caring… I love Dr. Hot… and Leo is my favorite… I think if you live in the area stop by… you won’t be disappointed!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Hot for fifteen years .She is an amazing Doctor and her staff is great.

Service 10/10 the appointment was made efficiently and with great costumer service. I got my glasses in the exact time frame that I was told, notified by phone & picked up my new eyes. If you’re looking for a fast paced, great service eye doctor. Definitely go here!

Would not recommend. This place did a horrible job of not keeping up with their word and making sure that I needed my new glasses. They gave me a hard time and one of their employees was very rude and disrespectful towards me over the phone when I asked to speak to their manager about how to fix my situation. They gave me the run around for over 2 months. It makes absolutely no sense why I have waited so long to get my new pair of glasses. I still do not have my new glasses today.
