I had another great experience at Dr. Falguni Patel’s office. The staff is friendly and professional, and they do excellent work. I visited twice—once for a routine deep cleaning and again for scaling and fillings—and both appointments went smoothly. I’m very happy with the care I received and will definitely be returning.

Terrible bookkeeping. I went to the office for tooth ache, that was fine but the assistant cleaner told me I was due for cleaning the day of so I scheduled it for another day that I was ready to have my teeth cleaned. The next time I came, there was no notice that the doctor had gone on vacation. THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME. So I made another appointment. TODAY, I go to the office to get my teeth cleaned and another assistant doing my xrays tells me that my insurance will not cover it because I am not due for cleaning. Are you telling me, the previous assistant was lying to me so that I can get wrongfully charged if I agreed to a teeth cleaning? THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. I write this review after they told me this. DO BETTER!
