I've had an amazing experience at this physical therapy clinic. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable experience. What really sets this place apart is the one-on-one attention you get during every session. The therapists truly care about their patients — they listen, personalize your treatment, and genuinely want to help you heal and improve. I never felt rushed, and I always left feeling like I was in good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a supportive environment!

I’ve been going to Ezra Physical Therapy through HealthFirst and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating. Over the course of 4 sessions I was scheduled with 4 different therapists, each of whom had a completely different approach. None of them seemed to review my prior notes before seeing me, so every visit felt like starting from scratch. The lack of continuity meant I never received a clear progression plan or consistent exercises to follow at home. Some sessions were mostly massage, others very short (only ~30 minutes), and none of the therapists explained how their work connected to what the previous PT had done. With only 5 visits pre-authorized by my insurance, this felt like wasted time and left me more confused than when I started. The individual PTs may be skilled in their own ways, but the clinic’s scheduling and communication system doesn’t support patients who need structured, consistent care. If you’re looking for a clinic where you see the same therapist each time, get clear explanations, and have a plan you can build on, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
