Had an appointment there recently with my partner, who has been seen there before. Overall, it’s a good dental practice. The staff there were really nice & the dental assistant was very knowledgeable along with the dentist, who was great in my opinion. I had a simple visit so I cannot speak in regards to more serious dental care but as mentioned my partner has been seen at this practice & spoke very highly of it & he has had more intense dental work. CON: I deducted one star only because we had an appointment at 12pm & we weren’t seen until maybe 2, and by the time we were done being seen it took 3 hours for that appointment, so that was a little nuts. HOWEVER, I will say we were warned about this by the receptionist when she confirmed the appointments because there was only 1 dentist that day. I will continue going here for dental visits but moving forward if they mention something like, “they only 1 dentist on that day,” I will reschedule because the wait was insane.

My family and I have been coming to this clinic for years. I primarily took to their cleanliness and sweet front desk staff. I'm not sure what has shifted in the past year but the services have changed and they seem to be more focused on the money then working to meet the needs of the client. I was recently given misinformation from the person who scheduled an appointment and when I showed up them refused service unless I paid in full a balance that I was unaware of until I showed up for my appointment that day. I offered to pay half due to it being an expense I was unprepared for and because the staff on the phone told me I had nothing to worry about they would service me. The primary doctor refused servicing me over $50 today and was not willing to work with me, she proceeded to tell me she had bills to pay and staff which is understandable except I was unaware and was given misinformation- not my fault and very unprofessional this left me feeling disrespected and not like a valued patient. Additionally I was told to wait for the receptionist who booked my appointment k see is she is willing to pay the $50. My mind was blown at that comment. To lose multiple valued clients over $50 is not something I would've ever thought possible. Perhaps next time they will consider trying to work with patients who have been coming to the practice for years. Very disappointment with how this was handled.
