Didn’t expect much, but EYES.NYC really impressed me. Service is top-notch — professional but super easygoing, no pressure at all. They actually take time to help you find frames that fit your face and style, not just sell you something. Great selection too — a lot of quality and stylish options. I ended up with a pair I wouldn’t have picked myself, but they look perfect. Quick turnaround, perfect fit, and overall just a smooth experience. Easily one of the best optical shops I’ve been to in NYC. Highly recommend.

I chose to place an order because the company is a reputable local business with competitive pricing. After purchasing a pair of glasses, I was later informed that the frames were out of stock and no longer available from the brand, and my order was canceled. While this was disappointing, I appreciated being notified promptly. I did notice, however, that the same frames were still listed as available on the website and could be added to the cart and checked out, which was confusing. That said, communication was clear, and the refund was processed quickly. I would consider ordering again due to their pricing and professionalism, and I hope inventory accuracy continues to improve to prevent similar situations in the future.

These are some of the best glasses that I’ve ever owned. They fit my face. The transition & BiFocal is impeccable and they were affordable. I typically go to big box places. Never again.

Saw three different ODs here and they each told me different diagnoses! Not very helpful and they don’t listen to you or review charts. Would not recommend.
