I’ve been coming to this office for a few years and plan to continue. At my last visit, I waited about 10–15 minutes past my appointment time, which felt reasonable given how busy the office was. I had a comprehensive eye exam and was fitted for contacts. The initial imaging portion took a bit longer since a few scans had to be retaken. It may have just been a matter of needing clearer directions or getting the positioning right, but it wasn’t a major issue, and everyone was polite throughout. Dr. Michelle Nemirovsky was professional, approachable, and easy to talk to. She made sure I felt comfortable with my contact prescription and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated how she listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I left feeling confident in the plan and well taken care of! Gary at the front desk was also patient and helpful with my request for an itemized receipt. Overall, it was a positive experience - the team was attentive and accommodating, and I appreciated that I never felt pressured to purchase glasses or contacts through the office.
