Great optical store. Had a thorough exam and they were able to help me put the new prescription lenses into a pair of frames I already own. Will be biying another pair from them soon as well. I wanted the glare guard removed. Took a couple of weeks. Hapoy with their service.

Stopped by the 102 Graham location yesterday afternoon for a small repair—switching lenses from a broken frame into another. Itzel and Robin were incredibly kind and beyond helpful, delivering truly top-notch customer service. The space was clean and welcoming, and even though I wasn’t shopping for new frames at the time, I’ll absolutely be back to give them my business. So glad I walked in!
