I haven’t worn glasses in years, so walking in I had absolutely no idea what to pick. Thankfully, Valentina came to the rescue and helped me find frames that actually fit my face (and my personality). She even took the time to accommodate my mom and me with coffee, which immediately earned bonus points. Super kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. I somehow walked out with three pairs of glasses and one free, which still feels like a small miracle. Karol did the pressure eye test and was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. When I came back to pick up my glasses, Lissette was incredibly sweet. She surprised me with free cleaning accessories for all three pairs, offered coffee again (clearly they care about caffeine and vision), and was just an absolute joy. Great service, great people, and a really warm experience overall. Highly recommend!
