Should’ve done my research before stopping in here. First time glasses wearer with a new prescription. Immediately they tried to up sale me once they realized I had a flex spending account. Looking through the display they have nae brand glasses logos that are not for the actual lenses in the display case. $1666 later I thought I was purchasing 2 pair of Prada low end glasses. Turns out they are drip wear eyeglasses that cost at most $100 from my research online. I didn’t ask the right questions and they didn’t offer any info just tried to sell me anything expensive. but was proud of myself for backing them down from the other upcharges they were trying to sell me. The mark up is 10x the true cost! Scammers!!! Don’t shop here if you are not a pro Terrible experience and tons of regret! They have tons of no refund signs so there’s that!

I have been a customer at this location for a while, and I can’t complain. Every visit has been pleasant, and their glasses selection is huge. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I had the pleasure of working with Lucrecia, who assisted me during every visit from my very first eye exam to the day I picked up my glasses.

I had a great experience at Eyes Express. When I first arrived, I was a little stressed, but Angie immediately made me feel comfortable and more confident. She was very patient, helpful, and explained everything clearly while helping me choose the right lenses. When I received my glasses, everything was perfect. Angie mentioned that once I got my lenses, I should leave a review, and I’m happy to do so because the service was excellent. I’m already using my new glasses for my birthday, and I love them. She also called me today to let me know that my insurance glasses were ready, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Eyes Express for their friendly staff and great customer service

Lucrecia and Yerika were absolutely amazing! They helped me pick out my glasses and made the whole experience so enjoyable. They were incredibly kind, loving, patient, and honestly just really cool people. They took their time, listened to what I wanted, and made me feel confident in my choice. This was some of the best customer service I’ve had—thank you both so much!

Today I stopped by the optical store after more than 8 years of being a customer. In the past, I had a very bad experience with the previous owners, including being asked to leave by an older employee, which made me afraid to come back. However, today I noticed that there are new owners, and I decided to give it another chance so they could help me fix my glasses since one of the lenses was missing a screw To my surprise, everything was completely new the store, the staff, and the atmosphere. I was helped by Angie, who was incredibly calm, kind, and professional. She explained that she could ask the technician to see if my glasses could be repaired. Unfortunately, they could not be fixed, but Angie patiently searched for similar frames so the lenses could be transferred. I also mentioned that I had an unresolved issue with a pair of glasses from the previous owners, which is why I never picked them up. Angie explained that there was a remaining balance, but I knew I had already paid in full. With great professionalism, she spoke with the owner, clarified that it was a misunderstanding from the previous company, and they were able to resolve my issue. I am very grateful to Angie for her patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I would absolutely love to work with her again on my next visitor she is a wonderful person and truly great at what she does. It’s unfortunate that the business lost patients due to mistakes made by the previous owners, because the new owner is extremely professional Angie told me she was the owner, and I liked that she tried to find a solution for me with her ,because when Angie asked her supervisor and another girl the supervisor couldn't find a solution for me , And I could see the look of frustration on the other girl's face , But thank God Angie found the solution to my stress.
