Absolutely the Best Experience at Best Vision Optical!
I cannot say enough good things about Best Vision Optical — this place is truly in a league of its own! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. I got three beautiful pairs of glasses (I’ve attached pictures to show how great they look!), received a great discount, and was also given contact lens samples to try out. But honestly, the standout part of this place isn’t just the deals — it’s the people.
Christina and the other lovely staff members are so honest, knowledgeable, and kind — it’s rare to find that level of genuine care in any business these days. I even had the chance to meet the owner, and let me just say, it’s no surprise the team is so incredible. The warm, respectful, and accommodating vibe clearly starts at the top.
I also saw the optometrist on site, and for the first time ever, someone actually fit my contacts perfectly — and I have astigmatism, which often gets missed at other places. Not here. Everything was done thoroughly, patiently, and with so much attention to detail.
I’ve been following this team since their Brooklyn days all the way to Staten Island — that’s how loyal I am, because no other optical spot compares. The customer service, the care, the quality, and the ongoing support (even if something needs adjusting or fixing) are unbeatable. It’s not just an appointment — it’s truly a pleasure to be there.
If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like family, where the staff is professional and warm, and where the service is beyond excellent — Best Vision Optical is where you want to be. Trust me, you won’t want to go anywhere else!
Actually, going back next week to pick up the glasses that are prescription in addition to. I also took my daughter there and dated great. They were the first one to notice that she also has astigmatism it’s common with genetics. They even reviewed with my daughter the proper way of taking care of glasses to avoid scratches. That was absolutely a plus and a benefit because obviously if Mom explains it doesn’t matter.
