The main office was a hubbub of vibrant activity. The observable staff and participants all appeared to be alert and ready to achieve goals. Lloyd, front desk intake and factotum extrodinaire, assisted me in away I didn't even know was possible after I communicated with him for a few minutes. Lloyd expedited and facilitated my in and out time in a phenomenal fashion, while maintaining the first in first out order the organization requires: I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes tops. Overall, a smooth process for me ( although I don't envy Lloyd's workload(s).

Was there and everyone there was courteous and respectful. They were very informative and took time to help me. Look for Mr. Lebron, and the housing specialist, the pretty sister with the head wrap looking Queenly. Shout out to Ms. Sharon Nunez who made it all possible!
