I had a previous injury to my left ankle back in 2008 which was not properly cared for. Years later and being 60 years old, it has led to damage to my left knee with multiple tears and sprain in my left knee with pain up to my left hip. I have been to multiple places for PT over the years. This year, I received PT with the most excellent care from Dr Sarah Sinson at Optum. She is knowledgeable and very skilled yet kind, caring, and compassionate. The one on one therapy with her is the best I have ever experienced. The care was tailored to me and not just a to-do list and then leave you alone. Even though it’s over 2 miles from where I live with multiple PT places walking distance from me, I’d rather go there. I feel so blessed that she takes my insurance. She is just simply amazing.
