I had a great experience with Dr. Inna Kouperman and her office. She is very attentive, polite, and calm. She works very carefully and always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable and feeling okay throughout the session. The office itself is clean, fresh, and modern. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. One thing I really appreciate is how punctual they are. If my appointment is at 12, I’m seen at 12 — no long waiting times. Scheduling is easy, and the appointment reminders are very convenient. Everything is organized and runs smoothly. Highly recommend!
