My nurse was awesome! She took her time and talked you through what swab tests would feel like. She made sure I was comfortable when she drew blood. The doctor is also great. She’s so cool and walked me through the possible options and treatments for what I had very simply. Highly recommend and I’ll be back!!

Very bad experience with the front desk/administrative staff. Their lack of organization and attention to detail caused unnecessary delays and extra visits, resulting in wasted time and travel costs. Over the phone, they were rude and dismissive. They did not apologize for their own mistakes, which caused inconvenience to patients, and the way calls were handled was unprofessional, including hanging up without saying goodbye. I do not understand how this kind of treatment toward clients is tolerated... Despite this, my experience with Dr. Eva G. during the appointment was positive, and she was quick to help resolve the administrative issues that her team had failed to handle properly... Until she intervened, I had to keep following up repeatedly with the front desk to get things sorted.
