I’ve been at Alta+ for a while now, and I continue to be impressed. It’s a beautiful property with lovely amenity spaces and very competitive pricing. What truly sets it apart from other places I’ve lived, though, is the dedication of the management and maintenance teams. During the recent snowstorms, the sidewalks in front of Alta+ were cleared by our maintenance team before any of the neighboring buildings—and they kept it up every single day it snowed. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in the property. The building is consistently well maintained and always looks great. Regarding management, I’ve only had a small handful of requests during my time here, but each time I’ve been warmly greeted and my issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Diana, the GM, sets a high standard and her team lives up to it. Another highlight has been the social events organized through the Dermot Ignite team. They’ve been increasing both in number and in quality. I think I’ve attended every one so far this year, and I’m especially excited for the next event later this month celebrating the opening of our new dog run! I’m genuinely very happy that this is where I chose to live. I have friends in many of the buildings in Long Island City, and from what I’ve seen, Alta+ really feels best-in-class.
